Are you a natural networker with a passion for building relationships? Join Rok Mortgage Inc. as a Business Development Representative and help drive new business by connecting with Realtors, Builders, and other industry professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to generate mortgage referrals.
• Recruit and engage real estate agents, builders, and industry professionals.
• Drive loan volume through your established network.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish partnerships with qualified Realtors and related professionals as a source for mortgage loans.
• Nurture relationships to stay top-of-mind with potential referral partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Use our CRM to track outreach activities and partner engagement.
• Conduct outreach activities, including:
Calling potential partners to discuss the benefits of working with us.
Visiting open houses and real estate offices to build relationships.
Following up with contacts through calls, texts, and emails.
Leveraging social media to connect with potential partners.
Attending networking events with lending professionals.
• Submit weekly tracking updates via an online form.
• Stay in touch with your manager for guidance and updates.
• Complete required training, including BSA/AML training.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience in Real Estate or Mortgage is a plus but not required.
• Ability to use our CRM system to manage contacts.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Phone and computer with a reliable WiFi connection.
• Must be available to work in Pacific Time Zone.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Earn $500 – $1,500 per closed loan from your network.
• Ongoing commissions for every loan closed from your partnerships.
• Potential to earn $4K – $8K monthly, with an annual income of $150K+ after the first year.
• Flexible work schedule – work part-time or full-time, as little as 10 hours per week.
