Job Description:

• We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team.
• In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their financial needs and guide them in selecting the right mortgage products.
• You will manage the loan process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Advise clients on various loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loans.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting necessary documentation.
• Analyze credit and financial information to determine loan eligibility and terms.
• Provide pre-approvals and pre-qualification letters, ensuring a smooth loan process.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals to ensure timely loan closings.
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal mortgage regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to generate business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns throughout the loan process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, mortgage products, and regulations to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience preferred.
• Active DRE and MLO licenses in California.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex loan scenarios.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Familiarity with mortgage software is a plus, or a willingness to learn.

Compensation:

• 100% Commission-Based
